School Education in India

Background:
The total number of schools under Karnataka Government is about 50,000 Schools. The total number of students are about 1 Crore ( 10 Million ) and close to 3,00,000 teachers.
Karnataka is a larger state with diversity in Geography, Climate, People and Culture. The needs are different for children at different districts. The learning capabilities are also different in different districts.
Current Situation
The Government schools syllabuses are standardized in the state. Though standardization has its merits example; Creates common opinion among children about the state and its people. It also has demerits because there is lack of localization of content, which effects their ability to work and learn things which take place around their region ,district and build on it for a the society requirements.
Educationalist and Teachers play an important role in nurturing and cultivating children’s mind.
Educationalist and Teachers create localized and innovative ways of teaching to budding young and powerful minds of children. The process of innovation developed by these teachers has great impact in the life of the children.
The challenge
The challenge in the government schools and partly in the private schools is to replicate the innovation and methodology used by few teachers, throughout the schooling fraternity.

The Solution
The above context shows us that, innovation takes place at class rooms by teachers and implemented through methods, methodology and other soft skills and tools.
To replicate the innovations and methods. Technology can be leverage to a large extent.
Examples
1. Video Recording of Class room lessons and building case studies.
2. Video Recording also helps us to observe students grasping level
3. Analyzing children’s learning curve though interactive and real time teaching methods

Creating a Common Platform
Different Technology and methodology are used by teaching fraternity to enhance and empower students. A Cross pollination of teaching technology and methodology can be shared and discussed in Larger State Level, National Level or International level Conferences and Congress.
This allows teachers to think and adapt to children’s requirement and develop these skills. These yearly Conferences and Congress will be far effective compared to training programs as these are diverse and emerging. The spin offs of these Congress will result in newer training modules and process.
The follow of these Conference and Congress can be achieved through training programs.

TOI cannot take one single stand on the news or views their stand keep changing in few hours depending upon the TRP rating. Now that every one is talking about the success of CWG Opening. TOI wants a share in this. They report mistakes by Mr.Kalmadi and bring pessimism.

While I was reading Hindu. The headlines says: CWG opening ceremony: As it happened. And they tell the truth,

The above is the reason for me to hate TOI.

Times of India Brings Shame to India

Though the times of India employees good stenography instead of Quality Journalist. The bring shame to India time and again by publishing reports which is blown out of proportion. They spread anti India sentiment at top quality. They have the great ability to get the youth to become pessimistic . The most important factor form them is to the revenue factor from the sale of the paper. Even if they were to report Journalism equal to Prostitution. They will do it. They Times does not care the truth and value in Journalism all the care is short term fame and attention.

They bring disgrace to Journalism Society. By claiming to be Indian’s number one Media. India’s number one for what ? Report stupid things about India so that that the world media can quote them.

WJS Reads: “C’wealth Games India’s Shame,” The Times of India newspaper reported Wednesday in a screaming headline.

The Hindu , The BBC are true Journalist. The report the truth.

Kamal always believes in improving himself and setting high standards. He does not fear the society. Kamal is very realistic person. His movies has helped Tamil cinema evolve.
I like his ideology: He believes that the Tamil Film industry has the potential to set standards at world stage instead of following the international film standards. Tamil cinema has come a long way. Today Tamil movies are more than a regional language. Tamil movies are released international in Singapore, Malaysia, Sri lanka and USA. The budgets at very high infact few of the most expensive after Bollywood are from Tamil Movies . Movies like Sivaji, Anniyan and Dasavatharam top the list.
Kamal is not very far from his vision. One day his movies will set standards internationally. I him wish all the best of his upcoming movies.

TOI / ET will lose ground soon

Economic Time of India: [ET]

I think ET Has lost its quality of News reporting, The ET is making news not reporting news. ET is following the Times of India [ TOI ]style of reporting more glamour and fun no real facts and figures.

There head line are good, but the content in the article is bad. The news misleads people. Example if the TOI / ET is a Bangalore edition it will claim the Bangalore is the best party place for India and parting hub of India. And in the Mumbai edition they report the same Mumbai as the best parting and clubbing place in India. TOI and ET writes what people like to ready. Example people in Bangalore like Bangalore to be more fun place so they report Bangalore as a fun place in reality Mumbai may be more fun than Bangalore.

Indian National Congress: Manifesto

I went through, the Manifesto of Congress, it does not exite me. I feel Congress is not aggressive. Today CHANGE is very important but I am not sure if Congress can give the required change. Talking in Corporate Style: India has a good Structure in terms of Economic & Social Systems. India needs turnaround Strategies Such as FDI Policy, Financial Policy, Foreign Policy,PSU Disinvestment, NexGen Investment in Clean Energy. Agriculture Technology, FTA’s. I don’t see Congress pushing for all of this. We need Reforms form the old Structures not New “HARD” Structures. There is no strong leadership from congress. Congress should have completed many deals similar to NUCLEAR but it has only one Aggressive deal.

I just went through Mr.Modi’s web site its’s amazing. Its not by chance he is the best CM in India, but it is by design. His importance towards Infrastructure has resulted in Great Economic Development.

Cook Indian Style Pepper Chicken in 15 Min, Easy and Fast to Cook

Ingredients: Tender Chicken, Black Pepper, salt, lemon.
Preparation:
Cut the chicken in medium size pieces.
Rub Pepper Salt and Lemon on the chicken Cook it in the cooker for 10 Minutes, [ Do not add water ]
The chicken will cook itself through its fat content.
The chicken is ready to eat.
Top Up:
Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Onion , Green chilly, Chat Masala
Preparation:
Use two table spoon cooking oil, fry the onions & Green chilly golden brown, put the chicken and fry for 10 Min.
Add Chat Masala before serving.
